Enterprise Technologies - Java EE SDK

The Java EE Software Development Kit implements the Java Platform, Enterprise Edition and includes various tools to help developers to prototype and test Java EE applications. This also includes the Java EE SDK SOA starter kit and the Java EE 5 Tools Bundle Distribution.

The Java Enterprise Community on java.net is a new gathering place for developers working with J2EE technologies. It is a community centered around J2EE applications, components and tools. Here, developers can immerse themselves in a thriving community of experts and novices alike and find people with similar interests to help with their own open-source projects.

Check out the Glass Fish community which is building a free, open source application server which implements the newest features in the Java EE 5 platform

The Java EE 5 SDK and Java Application Platform SDK are made up of different projects. There are forums available for these projects for specific questions and information. If your question is project specific, please post it in the appropriate forum:
